Public
Relations
Building successful press relations
requires time, planning, and constant
reinforcement. It rests with an understanding
of how journalists work and how information
is communicated. It takes a long time
to establish contacts and build relationships,
we are not saying that we are old
- but we are saying that we have a
lot of experience in getting media
coverage. Whether it’s a musical,
book launch, a hotel opening or a
hard business story we know who to
call.
Business
Planning (TOP)
We believe that a successful business
plan is the result of our thoroughly
investigating your industry, your
market, your product, your financial
situation, and your proposed organization.
As Dr. Keple (ok we call her Lee
Ann) says “a business plan
should never be a band aid.”
We start with the basics - a business
plan outline that provides an organized
system for researching the feasibility
of your business. In addition to
providing a game plan for directing
and guiding your business, a completed
business plan can provide a great
tool for communicating your business
to potential sponsors, government
investors and banking institutions.
Our business plans are not just
ordinary business plans- because
of the backgrounds of our partners,
Bridge Communications brings a level
of creativity to the plans that
goes way beyond number crunching.
We understand what makes people
tick, what motivates them and what
futures trends are likely to be.
Bridge business plans are never
just what you expected.
Strategic
Planning (TOP)
Our experience has shown that a
strategic plan provides the framework
for employees and management to
know where the company is going
and what role they play in taking
it there.
Our experience in the process and
development of strategic planning
is extensive and includes: competitive
analysis, sales matrix analysis,
development of mission and positioning
statements, and the formulation
of corporate/marketing objectives.
Community
Relations (TOP)
We believe that the community is
the cornerstone of all activities.
We understand and strive to interact
with and manage the various publics
that are intertwined with a project
or organization. Community relations
involve controlling the flow of
information, both positive and negative,
so as to maximize favorable opinion
and minimize obstacles to success.
The methods used to enact this control
include media relations, newsletters,
brochures, advertising, special
events and personal interaction.
Advertising
(TOP)
A good advertising campaign is built
from the ground up. It begins with
a clear understanding of the product,
market, group, and, more importantly,
the competition. From this we begin
to build the “excitement and
sizzle” of outstanding creative
and the most effective advertising
campaign.
Communications
(TOP)
Effective public consultation requires
rigorous planning, efficient execution
and excellent communications. The
communications dimension of a public
consultation is in fact crucial
to its success. Understanding the
linkages of communications and consultations,
the benefits of a well thought out
communications strategy as part
of a consultation are a critical
part of the Bridge process. Our
role in this process is to define
the organization goals, develop
sound strategies and facilitate
the development of an effective
finished product.

Public
Consultation (TOP)
We are strong believers in consultation
as it is the embodiment of two-way
conversations and should contribute
to the decision-making process. We
utilize a variety of processes that
are appropriate for each project.
We are constantly updating ourselves
in new methods and constructive ways
of reaching the various publics.
Key words in our efforts are: Engagement
- Dialogue. We understand the opportunities
and challenges presented by information
gathering through the internet, the
media and through both qualitative
and quantitative research.
Facilitation (TOP)
Our experience in facilitation enables
us to encourage collaborative problem
solving, brain storming, planning,
consensus building and at times conflict
resolution. Our role can also be as
learning or a dialogue guide who assists
a group in thinking deeply about its
assumptions, beliefs and values and
about its systemic processes and context.
We keep abreast of the latest techniques
of facilitation and are known for
our dynamic and well lead meetings.
